Terms of use

The core rule

One sealed ONE per calendar year. Once sealed, it cannot be edited or replaced — by you or by us. You can let it go: it is removed for good, and that year can't have another one. If you don't seal a ONE before the year ends, that year remains without one. This is permanent by design.

Bonds

A Bond is sealed between two people who are physically present together at the moment of sealing. Once sealed, a Bond cannot be edited. Each of you can remove it from your own Bonds: it stays with the other person, and it is deleted only when both of you have removed it.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential. You can permanently delete your account at any time from Account management.

Acceptable use

ONE is a place for your own moments and memories. Don't use it to impersonate others, harass anyone, or store content that isn't yours to keep.
