Delete your account

You can delete your ONE account, and the data tied to it, at any time. There are two ways.

In the app

Open ONE, tap the menu at the top right, then Account management → Delete account, and confirm with your password. It happens right away.

By email

Write to our support page from the email address of your account, asking to delete it. We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Before you go

From Account management you can download a copy of everything you keep in ONE: moments and photos, years and ONEs, Bonds, letters and places.

What is deleted

Your account, your years, your moments with their photos, your sealed ONEs, the places you added, the letters you received and your letters to yourself. Letters you wrote that are still waiting to arrive are deleted too, unless you choose to have them delivered anyway.

What stays with others

A Bond you sealed with someone else stays visible to them, with your identity removed from it. If you chose to have your letters delivered anyway, they will arrive on their day, signed with your name.
